(OOC:This is kind of random, but I just realized that Halls Fruit Breezers kinda taste like pixie stix...)
Aeris smiled. "It's alright:The flowers seem fine. They grow pretty quickly for some reason, too...I never could figure out why.." She sighed. "I'm sorry: Two new arrivals in my favorite place in the whole city and here I am rambling on about a bed of flowers!" She giggled softly. "Well, if there's anything I could help you with, don't hesitate to ask."

Resisting a slight urge to purr, he shook his head. "I'm hiding from Shinra. All I can ask is that you allow us to stay here today. Tonight, I will leave for Seventh Heaven. I have no wish to bring Shinra here." He glanced at the flowers. "It would truly be a shame if they were to tear this place up."
Maybe I should leave sooner. I would hate to drag an innocent into this. Who knows what Shinra would do to her? He shook his head regretfully, sending his feathers and tassles waving about. Pacing, he debated what to do. "I should go. I can meet up with you later Zell if you prefer." Thank you for the time I spent.

"IIIIIII'd, uh, better go with you. I don't know my way around here, so..." Zell checked his supplies was packed (and snitched whatever edible thing Red XIII had been carrying) and nodded to his comrade to show his readiness.
"Been a pleasure meeting you, Miss Aeris," he added, giving an informal salute to the young lady.

"Are you sure you won't stay?" Aeris asked, her disappointment shown clearly in her voice. "At the very least won't you come to my home with me for dinner?" She looked at the two almost pleadingly: Aside from her stepmother she had very little company, and meeting these two newcomers seemed to add a little extra excitement into her life. Something she rarely had the chance to find.

“Ah!” Zell exclaimed. Food! How could he pass up?! …but Red seemed a bit anxious to get a move on. Maybe if there was a compromise? “I’ve got no objections. I think Red here won’t mind if your house is on the way to where we’re going. You live nearby?”

Nanaki pondered briefly. I guess as long as we don't stay in one spot for long periods of time, it'll be okay. Food did sound good, what he had found was meager to say the least. He didn't want to disappoint Aeris and Zell either. He gave her something close to a smile. "I'd be happy to if you don't mind accomadating us."
I wonder what she can tell us about the local area?

(sorry for the short posts...I'm honestly not good with doing that cutsey rpg stuff...i'm trying!!!1!)
Aeris smiled. Great! Now I can learn more about these guys... "Awesome. My house isn't that far...and there's plenty of room since it's only my stepmother and I. You can both spend the night, if you like: I'm sure she won't mind."

Zell felt uncomfortable. Well, staying in a young lady’s house didn’t seem proper for him. For Red, maybe. He wasn’t considered suspicious…. Well, to him, anyway.
“Uh, won’t trouble you if we don’t have to. Could you just tell us, uh, about… the way…to…(What was it?) that bar, while we walk?” He gestured toward the door. The promise of food and a way of maybe getting home was in order. Of course, he wasn’t going to tell them that.

Walking easily, he followed Aeris and Zell as they headed to her house. Noting Zell's discomfort, he informed Aeris about their plans. "Thank you for your hospitality, but we intend to go to the Seventh Heaven bar there." He paused, wondering what to tell her. "I'm looking for...comrades you could say, mostly people against Shinra. We may be able to find some answers there. could you show us."
Entering the playground area, he thought How long has it been since kids played here? "Have you ever played here Aeris" he asked, titling his head towards the slide.

(OOC:omg, I need to pick up FF7 again...LOL, i'm not sure what to say here. XD)
Aeris smiled and nodded slightly. "This neighborhood was much nicer when I was younger." She told the animal-like aquaintence. "Mother and I would come here, and she would hold my hand as I went down the slide. As you can see things have gotten worse since then...not many kids are around anymore. That's why the playground is so barren and old looking: No one is here to use it, so all of the equipment does nothing but collect rust."

"That's a shame, sad" he said sincerely. He himself had never been able to enjoy something like this, but he had seen human children do so before. He understood the concept.
"You have your Mother, but what about a father?" he asked intently. Nanaki was extremely proud of his mother, but his father was a source of shame for him. That coward ran away! he snarled silently. His anger melted away when what he assumed was her house, came into sight. The only two flowers, the only life, in a graveyard.

Zell didn't feel like speaking. He was suddenly remembering childhood feelings. Mama Dincht was always a good cook. The thought of home cooking made his stomach grumble. Papa Dincht was always an optimistic hard worker. On top of that, Zell's grandfather was a noble fighter in the Sorceress war. He had to admit, he was proud of his family, no matter where he was or what anyone said. He just silently looked around, somewhat sad but bright-eyed nonetheless.

The trio stopped abruptly, startled by the sudden appearance of a rather odd group on the ground in front of them. It looked like they had been carelessly dropped there. Nanaki blinked several times, trying to process what had just happened and take in the entangled strangers.
Ok, maybe not when of the smartest things i've ever done, but he we are! And we're alive! It certainly hadn't turned out for the worse. She was being smushed by somebody however. Mm, warm... Lifting her head dazedly, she peer around. Rinoa couldn't recognize the area or even take a guess. She did spot three others, one whom she recognized. "Zell!"

"This is the last time I let you people choose how we act...." Vincent said coldly. His eyes caught the site of Rinoa running over to the one who had earlier introduced himself as Zell, but before he knew it, his eyes had drifted further, landing on the red tiger looking creature. "Hello Nanaki. Being that both of us are here, I believe Sephiroth may have been involved in the way Zell arrived here." He said to Nanaki and Squall in particular.

Instantly, Squall lifted himself out of the tangle of bodies, Vincent and Rinoa getting up at their own pace. His eyes trained on the trio, then at the new surroundings. Weird, and creepy.
Zell broke into a wide smile and jogged over to his friends, suddenly relieved that he wasn't alone in this new world. "Hey! Guys, it's great to see you!" He couldn't explain it, but just seeing familiar faces was a big comfort. And for some reason, Squall's sour grimace was a comfort to him as well. Almost immediately after the wave of joy had passed, he noticed the white machine he had been working on before, and he saw the robot cat extend his head weaily to the heavens in amusement.
All that worry for nothing. And they ended up where he thought he wouldn't see the sky again. "Midgar."
